UWindsor Undergraduate Mock Trial Association

The Undergraduate Mock Trial Association seeks to unite students with a common interest in law, trial advocacy, debate, public speaking, legal issues and/or the judiciary.

Our goal is to provide a meaningful learning experience in the mentioned interest fields. Through tournaments both on- and off-campus, invitationals and debates (among other challenges/competitions), we hope to improve your skills in advocacy, challenge your leadership potential, build your public speaking abilities, and create lasting memories!

Whatever unique skills you can bring to the table are welcomed, and whatever skills you lack will be taught. By the time you're ready to move on from the team, you’ll be engaged, empowered and equipped. This is what UMTA is all about–a group that bonds, challenges each other, and competes!
