Thinking Words Academy is the brainchild of a group of parents wishing to provide a different education to their children : small classes, family place , learning the rhythm of the child, accredited curriculum,

Thinking Words Academy is a private, independent English academy for children from 5 until 14 years old (english system = year1 until year 9 - american system = KG3 until Grade8).

Our programs are accredited from the English Ministry of National Education and our teachers have degrees.

Our priorities:

Small class sizes,
A personalized teaching program which allows children to progress according to their own individual rate of learning, and not just to their age,
A qualified, attentive and devoted teaching staff,
The careful supervision of each class by a team of teachers and assistants, tailored according to the age and needs of the children,
A flexible teaching plan designed to be easily adapted to cater for each child’s age and rhythm of learning,
An active teaching method which offers our pupils a certain autonomy, and allows them to enjoy the pleasure of expressing themselves and of taking part from the very first class,
The full integration of all pupils coming from a variety of backgrounds, something for which each child of each group must learn to take responsibility.

The World-wide Education Service (WES) is one of the leading providers of education courses worldwide. It is one of the few distant learning organisations which is accredited by the ODLQC, (the national body for quality in open and distance learning).

We have established our successful reputation by providing comprehensive, up-to-date courses which are followed by families, groups and international schools. We offer lesson plans and materials in a wide range of school subjects for children aged 4 to 14 years. Our team of specialist tutors monitor their pupils progress and provide guidance for the whole family, supporting and advising parents in the education of their children.



WES attracts families from a variety of backgrounds, many of whom join us through personal recommendation. They enrol, confident in the knowledge that their children will be following a structured curriculum based on the National Curriculum of England and which allows them to rejoin mainstream schools at any time if they so wish.
