OCEAN SURF HOUSE

Two brothers, Abdu and Momo, launched Ocean Surf House in 2010. Everybody working here belongs to the Ocean Surf House family! The business started off as a surf house offering cheap accommodation for friends who came to surf and travel in Morocco.

We are located in Taghazout, a small fishing village about 20km north of Agadir. Taghazout put itself on the map as a destination for hippies in the 60’s; due to it's chilled out ambience and location on the coast. As surfing became more popular Anchor Point attracted surfers from around the globe chasing swells of all sizes. Today this village still maintains it's traditional Moroccan identity and the locals generally get along great with the travellers and embrace the surf tourism. Please remember Taghazout is a working fishing village, there is litter some places and the plumbing system is not up to European standards. If you can't hack that- we suggest finding a 5 star hotel in Agadir, as Taghazout may not be for you.
