Natalie has over 16 years in the recruitment and training industry where NLP was vital to increase sales success ratio and in assisting candidates with career counselling, resume tips and interview techniques.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Double Major – Marketing & Management), Diploma in Education, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) and Certificate IV in Small Business Management.

As well as her professional qualifications and expertise Natalie brings with her a positive attitude, empathic approach and sense of humour all of which she demonstrates in her own personal and professional life.
