Meditation Eco lodge Tigmi Al Yom

Christophe est ostéopathe, Maud est auteure. Ils ont créé TIGMI AL YOM, le lieu dont ils rêvaient, d’abord pour eux mêmes et leurs enfants puis pour le partager. Partager ce lieu , mais aussi la nature magnifique et inspirante qui le borde et dont les sentiers, depuis la maison, mènent vers les collines, l’oued ou les villages aux couleurs brunes.

Tout au long de l'année ils recoivent des groupes pour des stages ou des retraites, des personnes seules (mais pas toujours solitaires), des couples (qui ont parfois besoin de solitude), des familles… qui tous ont souvent pour point commun d’être un peu surmenés ou en quête d’eux-mêmes.

NB : Un séjour de 2 nuits est offert à tout intervenant qui souhaite découvrir le lieu en prévision d’un stage.

Christophe is an osteopath and Maud is an author; together they created TIGMI AL YOM. This is the place of their dreams, first for themselves and for their children and to share it with the rest of the world. This place has a lot to offer, the beautiful and inspiring natural environment that surrounds the eco-lodge; the hills, the river and the villages painted in an earthy colour.

We receive groups for workshops or retreats all year long, individuals (not always alone), couples (searching for some solitude) and families, who are often looking to find themselves through meditation.

NB: A stay of 2 nights is available to any worker who wishes to discover the place in anticipation of an internship.
