Manchester Hip and Knee Clinic

With a focus on arthritic conditions, sports injuries and the after effects of sports injuries of the hip and knee, the Manchester Hip and Knee Clinic provides a variety of non-operative and operative treatments led by Mr Winston Kim FRCS(Orth).

As a consequence of the rise in more active lifestyles, there's also been an increase in hip and knee complaints. By specifically helping those with early hip and knee arthritis, including conditions arising from hip and knee sporting injuries, the clinic restores quality of life to its patients.

In 1996, Mr Kim graduated MB ChB from the University of Aberdeen. He then went on to complete higher specialist training in the North West Orthopaedic Rotation in England, where he obtained the FRCS(Orth).

Previously a British Orthopaedic Foundation Fellow, (Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota, and Hospital of Special Surgery, New York City) and Fellow at the Vancouver General Hospital (Clive Duncan, Bassam Masri), as well as a Visiting Surgeon at the world famous Steadman-Philippon Sports Unit at Vail, Colorado USA, Mr Kim has a wealth of professional medical experience behind him.
