Luain Lactation Breastfeeding Support Group believes that breastfeeding is and should be considered the normal feeding option for babies and young children. Breastfeeding promotes the healthy development of babies and children and that of their mothers and has benefits beyond that of nutrition.
Our objective is to provide mothers and mothers to be with an opportunity to access practical mother-to-mother support and information through shared individual experiences and professional advice, education and counselling to enable them to establish and continue breastfeeding.
Within this group we support breastfeeding as the cultural norm and advocate for breastfeeding solutions to breastfeeding problems.
