Imperfection Revolution

After writing a book ten years ago, I've heard time and time again that it's time for a follow up book! The problem is, I HAVE TOO MUCH TO SAY! My cancer surviving kiddo is now an adult on the Autistic Spectrum. My colicky baby from the book is officially a high school senior. Those two young parents from the book....well we're still young parents because in my world we don't age! EVER!

I've learned so many lessons in the last 20 years of being a wife, a mom, an advocate, and because I'm a woman. Lessons I want to share with you. Most importantly, I've learned that every single one of us is perfectly imperfect! We are perfectly unique. Our abilities and disabilities, our likes and differences and yes our imperfections are what make us perfect!

Instead of feeling like failures. Instead of striving for a level someone else says we need to reach. Instead of worrying about all the things we do wrong, what if we embrace those imperfections? What if we celebrate our shortcomings and proudly share our differences? What if we shift our thinking to love our selves no matter what?

Imperfection Revolution is a way for me to share my experiences, my ups, my downs, my successes and my many failures in an effort to show you, you're not alone! I've been where you are and I fought my way back! Now I want to help others see their imperfections as their greatest attributes!

As a Life Coach I help women through programs I've designed, support in private groups, and one on one session so they can better themselves. Whether you suffer with anxiety, are overwhelmed, have too much on your plate, feel like life is passing you by, or are yearning for a change, I can help you! Together we'll get to the root of what's holding you back, design a plan of action, set goals, and work to reach those goals. I will be your support and biggest cheerleader every step of the way.
