In the heart of a beautiful and flowered private park of 1.2 hectares, full of olive and palm trees, the domain offers the magical perspective of the villa and its covered and uncovered terraces, the Riad (a house around a courtyard), the 2 swimming pools, the spa, the panoramic terrace with a spectacular view of the Atlas, and the game area (tennis court, ping pong table, petanque court), offering multiple places to relax and share great moments.

Authentic atmosphere
"Layyina" means "soft" in literary Arabic. Dar Layyina was designed in an authentic Moroccan spirit. Its architecture, traditional materials and refined and harmonious decoration designed by Toufik Belaffari, who smoothly merged tradition and contemporaneity, convey a soft and peaceful atmosphere, while efficiently protecting from the great heat. In winter, the fireplace gently warms the evenings.

Luxury suites
Dar Layyina offers 6 gorgeous suites with all modern comfort and refined decoration. In the villa are the common living spaces, the royal suite and its panoramic terrace with a view of the Atlas and the junior suite particularly suitable for persons with reduced mobility. In the riad are 4 de luxe suites and their private terrace with a view on one of the 2 swimming pools. 14 adults may enjoy the property at their own pace and as they wish.

Multiple activities
For those who wish to rest or relax with family or friends in the heart of the beautiful domain, there are a lot of friendliness opportunities: 2 swimming pools (the largest has a sound system, the smallest is heated), tennis court and pétanque court (both enlightened and international-sized), ping pong table, and spa.

For those who wish to enjoy the exceptional environment and adopt a pace of more active holiday, the choice of activities is wide and varied: off the beaten track Marrakech tour with our outstanding guide, to play golf with or without being accompanied by our professional coach, trekking in the Berber villages of the Atlas, quad biking, horse riding, 4-wheel driving, wakeboarding, skiing, hot-air balloon riding...

Outstanding cuisine
Our chef Aïcha et her team will concoct absolutely delicious traditional Moroccan meals, made with bought the same day, local, fresh and top quality ingredients. They will be served to you outside on the beautiful terraces under the shade of olive trees and sun umbrellas or inside in the beautiful dining room !

Caring team
Our family fell in love with Morocco and we have choosen Marrakech to implement a family project that is extremely near and dear to our heart. We have completely renovated and refurbished the wonderful domain and we have founded Vivement Marrakech ! a company incorporated under moroccan law in order to operate it for tourism as a guesthouse or as a luxury villa rental with full house staff. None of this would have been possible without our friendship with Said who accompanies us since the genesis of this project and with some great people met on location who have become friends. More than being a tourit accomodation, Dar Layyina is a warm and friendly home where you are kindly welcomed by a caring team. Led by Said a professional, caring and discreet team was formed, to garantee your well being while respecting your peace.

Ideal location
Dar Layyina is ideally located on the road to the Atlas mountains to enjoy multiple activities such as trekking in the Berber villages, quad biking, horse riding, skiing,...) or go and discover Ouarzazate without having to drive accross Marrakech.
