Dar El Sadaka is a fully staffed villa for rent on holidays, nestled in a private property spread over 25 acres in the heart of the Palmeraie of Marrakech.

Purchased by two friends in 1995, the “House of Friendship” is playful, beautiful and a truly magical place that sits only 15 minutes’ drive from the walls of the 'Red City'. Since 2000, the property grounds are home to plastic art artist Jean-François Fourtou. First a yoga and meditation gateway, a place of soul-searching, Dar El Sadaka has evolved throughout time but its spirit remains. Freshly refurbished by Philippe Forrestier, our villa marries modern comfort and its characteristic beauty with a warm atmosphere of peace, harmony and kindness.

A giant sheep by the swimming pool is one of the first encounters you make when you arrive at Dar El Sadaka. The artwork of Jean-François Fourtou is spread all over the property, often in an unexpected way. On different scales, his sculptures and his architectural constructions including the House Fallen from the Sky and the Giant’s House, make the villa and its gardens a delightful and fascinating place, inviting guests to unconventional experiences during their stay.

With its large living and outdoor spaces, seven suites and two en-suite bedrooms, Dar El Sadaka is ideal for seventeen guests and can comfortably accommodate up to twenty. Our staff is discreet with a keen eye for detail and our Chef prepares daily fine and creative family-style meals, using fresh products from the property’s organic vegetable and herb garden.
